2014 championship from Belarus to another country.

Dear Representative of the International Ice Hockey Federation,
I am a citizen of Belarus. My country is now the place of political
repression, fear and torture. Hundreds of my fellow citizens were
beaten and arbitrarily arrested following the unfair and falsified
elections of December 19, 2010. Dozens are still under arrest and face
up to 15 years in prison for simply wanting democracy and freedom in
their country.
I urge you to change the location of the 2014 championship from
Belarus to another country.
The atmosphere in Belarus and the actions of Mr. Lukashenka are
incompatible with the principles of sport and the mission of IIHF.
Holding the 2014 Championship in Belarus would be to reward and
legitimize the despicable actions of the authoritarian regime in
Belarus.
For the sake of my country and all of the prisoners in Belarus, please
reconsider your decision.
