The most rigid sanctions against Lukashenko's regime are necessary

- Several last years I was "conveyed". On the actions they only beat up me. Continuation yesterday followed. After severe slaughter and my comrades they transported me into the prison. Contact with the police simply terrified. I never expected anything else from Minsk riot police [OMONa] ([PMSN]) besides beast cruelty, but in this time they exceeded themselves. After the acceleration of the action, when they threw us into the bus, impacts continued to fall one after another. From the entire force they beat by cams and by feet along the head, sparing either young girls or experienced politicians. They have not killed anyone only by some miracle. But the threats of murder, surveyed again by cruel offensive language, paramilitary policemen yelled to district police station [RUVD].

But the professional degradation, so to speak, of ordinary militiamen most of all struck. After several hours of standing face to the wall they brought us into the class, where they hang the posters "law of honor of the colleague of MVD", "the responsibilities of the colleague of the police", "rights and responsibilities of citizens". Man in the summer jacket conducted the primary interrogation of those delayed: "Hey, you! Go here! Surname!". In my request to be represented in accordance with the responsibilities of the colleague of the police, followed the reaction: "You are the cleverest? Generally hence you will not leave". Apparently, this was someone of the highest officers of the district [RUVD], because it gave out renderings to Senior Lieutenants and to Captains. With the observance of minimum legality the discussion not at all dealt. For example, for each of us at the beginning was comprised the protocol of search, the personal belongings were withdrawn, up to the belt and shoe strings, and only then, still in several hours standing face to the wall, from us they required to sign the protocol of detention. I.e., the solution that we will spend that night in the prison, was accepted earlier than they explained to us, for which they detained us.

Periodically waving by bludgeons, paramilitary policemen and the cops of central attempted to conduct the discussions: "You do know what is the police is? Police - this, in the first place, punitive organ". When one of the hackneyed fellows became entirely badly, but the promised ambulance did not arrive several hours, its friend began persistently to scream out: "Fast! Fast! Man can die!" Several "usual" militiamen attacked him with the cams and the bludgeons, and ambulance was then required to him. Specifically, for the latter the pair of years occurred the radical moral and intellectual degradation of the colleagues of police. For example, one small Lieutenant, promising "to cripple each, who will stir in the wall", to a question, is he militiaman or bandit, he answered with the pride: "I am bandit!". The sprouts of the legal and militia culture, dawning at the beginning of the 90th, were completely trampled. But indeed we were not simple detainees, we were "political", to which previously relation in police stations was relatively correct. It is terrible to imagine what these policemen, being proud themselves of themselves "chastisers", perform with the ordinary citizens either, God forbid, by criminals, or ten times by thousand unhappy people, which are wearied in the servitude of alcoholic prisons [LTP].

All this occurs in native Belarus' during the encounters of the Presidents of EU countries with the dictator and under the toasts with champagne "for the liberalization!". But even these people in the form the highest authority and Lukashenko do not love. For the last 15 hours I heard more complaints about the low wage, than in the recent 15 months. The doomed regime is doubly dangerous. Now many primary structures are on top downwardly pierced by people, ready to mutilate and even to kill their citizens. Only most rigid sanctions with respect to regime, association of all Belorussians, who desire freedom and ready to take responsibility for themselves, can stop the course of events in the country on the most dramatic scenario.
